Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund's progress.
